Peach vodka
- Spirits
- Alcoholic
Peach vodka is a flavoured vodka, meaning a vodka given a predominant flavour other than that of its raw materials. The peach character comes from fruit, extracts or aromas, and the drink may be lightly sweetened. The aroma is of stone fruit, soft and sweet, with a floral side and a rounder finish than neutral vodka. In cocktails it supplies a light, fruity peach note without the weight of a liqueur.
Strength: usually 37.5% ABV (legal minimum 37.5%).
Used in 1 cocktail.
