Passion fruit liqueur is a sweet, fruity liqueur made with passion fruit juice or flavourings, alcohol and sugar. One of the best known, bright red in colour, has been sold in Europe since 1986; many products stay at low strengths, around 17% ABV. It combines tropical sweetness with lively citrus acidity. It is used to add fruit and colour to sours and long drinks, above all in the Porn Star Martini.

Strength: usually 17% ABV (legal minimum 15%).
