La crème de menthe verde è un liquore dolce alla menta, ottenuto aromatizzando alcol con menta e zucchero; il verde brillante viene dalle foglie o, più spesso, da coloranti aggiunti. Ha in sostanza lo stesso sapore della versione bianca, che è trasparente: fresco, intenso e zuccherino, come una caramella alla menta. Si sceglie quando conta anche il colore, come nel Grasshopper con crème de cacao e panna, e compare anche nell'Apotheke e nel Mezcalibur.
